Cadice is from (and still is) St. Louis, Missouri. Growing up, Cadice spent most of her summers exploring St. Louis or traveling around the state for vacations. She never ‘truly’ left the state (Illinois is too close to count) until she flew to San Francisco with her family. Since that vacation, she has had the goal of visiting every state in the country.

In 2016, she went to Missouri S&T to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Here is where she met her adventure buddy, Clayton. He was attending S&T to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Geological Sciences.

Clayton is from Springfield, Missouri - Home of the first Bass Pro Shop! Growing up he spent much of his time playing video games, going to garage sales, or roaming Bass Pro with his mom. It really wasn’t until he got to college that he found a deep passion for nature and National Parks. In the summer of 2018, he went to Wyoming for a field camp. He hiked the Grand Tetons and saw Yellowstone. When he came home, he upped my goal and decided he wanted to visit every state AND National Park.
